I started out in the direct sales and marketing industry in Brisbane in 2013. I was on Christmas holidays after my second year of studying a Bachelor of Engineering when I entered the sales and marketing world, just looking for work. With only hospitality and mould removal experience under my belt, sales and marketing was the last thing I expected to find myself doing. However, I quickly discovered a passion and aptitude for the "people" business.
Within a year, I had developed skills in sales, coaching, recruitment, and management. I took a leap of faith and independently ran my own team on the Gold Coast. Since then, I have run teams both in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. I have overseen campaigns representing 12 different brands across sporting, non-profit, and commercial industries. Through this journey, I have also had the opportunity to coach numerous individuals, helping them become the best version of themselves. We affectionately refer to this process as "the life apprenticeship."
My longer-term vision is to grow Bolt, my company, to take on more clients across multiple industries. I aim to open more offices nationally and internationally, providing a wide range of services for businesses in need of a marketing boost. My ultimate goal is to continue building out the company's mission and make a lasting impact in the industry.
